एक US department-store chain के लिए cash-reconciliation automation — हर store की end-of-day register cash को QuickBooks से मिलाता है और ज़रूरी discrepancies flag करता है। लगभग दो हफ़्तों में बनाया।

मालिक को हर store की register में बची end-of-day cash को QuickBooks से मिलाना था। UPSCash staff को दिन की cash दर्ज करने देता है, Intuit OAuth से QuickBooks Online से जुड़ता है, journal entries लाता है, और per-store thresholds (minor $100 / major $500) पर reconcile करके बड़े अंतर पर मालिक को email करता है। यही जाँच weekly manager deposits पर भी चलती है।
पैसे और third-party financial account से जुड़ा होने के कारण मेहनत उन ज़रूरी, कम-चमकीले हिस्सों पर लगी।
